Changes law enforcement agency reporting from optional ("may") to mandatory ("shall") to report peace officer misconduct violations to the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board at any time, not just upon termination, resignation, or separation.

Requires prosecuting agencies to report to the board any information that may call into question a peace officer's credibility when that information has been disclosed in a case where the officer testified.

Maintains existing requirement for law enforcement agencies to advise other agencies of known officer misconduct during background investigations of applicants.

Extends civil liability protections to prosecuting agencies and the board when providing misconduct information in good faith.
