Increases annual salaries for county officers in high-population counties (500,000+ persons) effective January 1, 2025, including County Attorney ($143,678), Sheriff ($120,824), and Assessor/Recorder/Superintendent of Schools/Supervisor/Treasurer ($96,600 each).

Increases annual salaries for county officers in low-population counties (less than 500,000 persons) effective January 1, 2025, including County Attorney ($143,678), Sheriff ($120,824), and Assessor/Recorder/Superintendent of Schools/Supervisor/Treasurer ($83,800 each).

Increases salary of the clerk of the superior court beginning January 1, 2023, to $96,600 in high-population counties and $83,800 in low-population counties.

Requires the clerk of the superior court salary to be reviewed by the commission on salaries for elective state officers pursuant to section 41-1903.
