AZ HB2705

Prohibits school district governing boards, charter school governing bodies, and public schools from banning students who are members of federally recognized Indian Tribes or eligible for enrollment from wearing traditional tribal regalia or objects of cultural significance at graduation ceremonies.

Defines "objects of cultural significance" and "traditional tribal regalia" to include eagle feathers or eagle plumes.

Designated as an emergency measure operative immediately upon passage.
