Applies the male or female sex designation requirement to birth certificates for foundlings, specifying that the sex must be indicated as either male or female.

Modifies Section 36-333 (birth certificate registration requirements) to add the sex designation mandate for all birth certificate submissions.

Modifies Section 36-335 (birth registration for foundlings) to require sex be indicated as either male or female in foundling birth certificate information.
