Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 34-301 regarding employment of aliens on public works projects.

Changes language from "upon" to "on" in the statute describing prohibition of non-citizen employment on state, county, or municipal works.

Replaces the phrase "shall not be construed to" with "does not" for clarified statutory language regarding exceptions to the employment prohibition.

Maintains existing exceptions for prisoner labor and authorized teachers, instructors, and professors under federal teacher exchange programs, as well as university and college faculty members.
