Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 44-1371 regarding motor vehicle transactions and dealer financing.

Requires motor vehicle dealers to clearly and conspicuously disclose in advertisements that a document fee will be charged for motor vehicle transactions.

Maintains existing requirement that dealers retain title and possession of traded vehicles until financing is finally approved or the vehicle is returned to the customer.

Specifies that remedies for violations cannot be waived, modified, or limited by agreement or contract.
