Increases the threshold for itemized reporting of individual contributions from $50 to $200 per election cycle in campaign finance reports.

Requires that contributions from individuals exceeding $200 for an election cycle be itemized with source, amount, date of receipt, contributor's occupation and employer identification.

Aggregates contributions from individuals whose contributions do not exceed $200 for the election cycle rather than requiring individual itemization.

Maintains existing requirements for reporting independent expenditures and ballot measure expenditures exceeding $1,000 during a reporting period.
