Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-975 regarding state, county, and federal funding allocation to joint common school districts.

Requires that each portion of a joint common school district within a county be treated as a separate school district for determining state aid and other monies payable.

Mandates student enrollment and attendance information be submitted electronically to the superintendent of public instruction in a format provided by that office.

Defines "assessed valuation" for joint common school districts as the net valuation of the portion of the school district within each county.

Specifies that each portion of a joint common school district in a county shall be regarded as a school district employing five or more contract classroom teachers for purposes of applying Section 15-101 provisions.
