Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-317 to expand the secure online signature collection system for nomination petitions to include school district office candidates and offices for which a county administers the election.

Requires the Secretary of State to provide a secure internet portal allowing qualified electors to electronically sign nomination petitions for candidates seeking city, town, county, school district, and precinct committeeman offices.

The online system must verify the identity of qualified electors and ensure only eligible voters can sign petitions for particular candidates.

Candidates may choose to collect up to the minimum required number of nomination petition signatures through the online system rather than using traditional paper methods.

The Secretary of State must transmit electronic filings or facsimiles to the officer in charge of elections for the appropriate office.
