Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 19, Chapter 1, Article 2 by adding section 19-112.01.

Requires the Secretary of State to provide a secure internet portal system allowing qualified electors to electronically sign initiative and referendum petitions.

The online system must verify that only eligible qualified electors can sign the specific petition they are targeting.

Petition filers may collect up to 50% of required signatures through the online system, with the remaining signatures collected through other means.
