Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign nondisclosure agreements, waivers, or similar documents that prevent disclosure of sexual harassment or sexual assault occurring in the workplace, at work-related events, or between employees off-premises.

Voids and renders unenforceable any nondisclosure agreement signed as a condition of employment that prevents disclosure of sexual harassment or sexual assault, except for settlement agreements.

Makes it an unfair practice for employers to discharge or retaliate against employees for disclosing or discussing sexual harassment or sexual assault in the workplace, at work-related events, or between employees off-premises.

Permits confidentiality provisions in settlement agreements between employees or former employees alleging sexual harassment and employers.
