Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 4-119 to add a new subsection protecting proprietary information including confidential formulas, production processes, and business information filed with the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau from inspection.

Establishes new section 4-225 requiring licensed producers, craft distillers, brewers, and farm wineries to comply with federal food safety rules and exemptions under 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 112.

Limits the application of food safety requirements to production and storage spaces as defined in section 4-205.10, exempting these spaces from non-federal food safety guidelines adopted by local governing boards.

Maintains existing record retention requirements for liquor licensees at two years, including employee logs with full legal names, dates of birth, addresses, and responsibilities.
