Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 4 by adding section 13-410.01 regarding law enforcement use of deadly force investigations.

Requires that when a law enforcement officer uses deadly physical force in the performance of official duties resulting in death, an investigator or law enforcement officer from a different agency, the attorney general, or a county attorney from another county must conduct the investigation.

Mandates the investigator, law enforcement officer, attorney general, or county attorney conducting the investigation provide investigation results to the county attorney of the county where the deadly force occurred.
