Establishes a transportation funding task force consisting of 3 Senate members, 3 House members, the Department of Transportation director, and 9 members appointed by the governor representing various transportation and industry stakeholders.

Senate President and House Speaker each designate one of their appointed members to serve as cochairperson of the task force.

Task force shall study transportation funding options for Arizona and submit a report with recommendations by December 15, 2021 to the governor, legislature leadership, and secretary of state.

Appointed members serve at the pleasure of the governor and are not eligible for compensation, though governor-appointed members may receive expense reimbursement under state law.

Task force automatically repeals on September 30, 2022.
