Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-450 to expand the definition of practices not prohibited as discrimination or rebates in insurance.

Adds disability insurers and service corporations to provisions allowing implementation credits to offset group policyholder expenses when initiating, changing, or administering group coverage.

Requires disclosure to policyholders when implementation credits are included in premiums and then reimbursed to the policyholder.

Clarifies that "life insurance" includes disability income policies and supplemental benefit policies for purposes of the statute.

Effective April 1, 2021.
