AZ HB2811

Prohibits state agencies, departments, divisions, and political subdivisions from registering voters on election day and deeming them eligible to vote in that election.

Creates an exception for persons who properly register to vote under section 16-103 or section 16-543.02.

Establishes violation of this prohibition as a class 6 felony.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes title 16, chapter 1, article 3 by adding section 16-133.
