Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-376 regarding remote online notarization procedures and requirements.

Allows notary publics to charge any fee for each remote online notarial act, removing any previous fee limitations.

Requires notary publics to verify identity of remotely located individuals through personal knowledge, credential analysis combined with identity proofing, or credible witness oath or affirmation.

Mandates that notarial certificates for remote online notarizations indicate the act was performed by means of communication technology, either through adopted rules or a specific statement in the certificate.

Permits translators to participate remotely in notarization proceedings if the translator, signer, and notary public communicate through communication technology.
