Amends Section 15-1655 of Arizona Revised Statutes to expand the Arizona Teachers Academy to include schools serving primarily public school students with disabilities as eligible teaching locations.

Allows eligible postsecondary institutions to admit sophomore and freshman students to the academy in addition to senior and junior students, though priority may be given to upper-level students.

Expands accelerated teacher preparation program pathways to include dual enrollment course teachers seeking certification, students in noneducation programs completing teacher preparation courses, and teachers pursuing national board certification.

Permits tribal colleges on Indian reservations that offer baccalaureate teacher education programs to participate in the Arizona Teachers Academy and receive funding from the Arizona Teachers Academy Fund.

Adds summer term enrollment as non-countable toward postgraduation public service teaching commitments, reducing the teaching obligation period for students completing summer courses.
