Amends section 23-1386 of Arizona Revised Statutes to update terminology and membership procedures of the Agricultural Employment Relations Board.

Changes language from "representatives of organized agricultural labor" to "representatives of organized labor associated with agriculture" to broaden the definition of labor representatives.

Replaces gendered pronouns ("chairman," "he," "his") with gender-neutral terms ("chairperson," "the individual," "the alternate's") throughout the statute.

Clarifies that agricultural employer representatives are appointed to the board alongside labor and general public representatives in a seven-member structure with staggered five-year terms.
