Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3102 regarding misconduct involving weapons on school grounds.

Modifies the exception to the school grounds weapons prohibition by removing language requiring a firearm to be "not loaded" when carried in a vehicle on school grounds, allowing any firearm in a vehicle if not visible and the vehicle is locked.

Maintains existing exceptions for firearms possessed for hunter or firearm safety courses and firearms in school-approved programs on school grounds.

Preserves the classification of possessing a deadly weapon on school grounds as a class 1 misdemeanor, or class 6 felony if connected to specific violent offenses listed in the statute.

Applies to individuals not otherwise authorized by law, with exemptions for peace officers, military personnel, and those specifically licensed or authorized by statute.
