Establishes a Study Committee on Educator Health Insurance Costs with nine members representing health insurance trusts, school districts, teachers, superintendents, school board members, and classified employees.

Committee shall examine costs to school districts and employees for providing health insurance coverage to employees and dependents, including review of plans currently offered in Arizona.

Committee shall recommend ways to provide high quality, affordable health insurance to school district employees and their dependents for both districts and employees.

Committee must submit a report of findings and recommendations to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house by November 1, 2022, with a copy to the secretary of state.

The committee and this law automatically terminate on October 31, 2023.
