Mandates employers make reasonable efforts within one week to notify all other persons who may have had contact with a COVID-19 positive individual on the employer's premises.

Requires employers to inform notified employees, contractors, and other persons of where they can access rapid COVID-19 tests at the time of initial notification.

Requires employers to provide information about rapid COVID-19 test access again one week after the initial notification.
