Prohibits Arizona state and local government agencies from using personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer, or cooperate with Roe v. Wade and related Supreme Court abortion decisions.

Directs law enforcement to refuse compliance with federal court orders that conflict with the law and prohibits arresting or imprisoning officials who comply with this section instead of contrary court orders.

Establishes that violations of the prohibition are class 1 misdemeanors and allows employees convicted while in official capacity to be terminated and forfeit their office.

Declares Roe v. Wade, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, and June Medical Services v. Russo void within Arizona and mandates the state enforce abortion prohibitions without regard to those rulings.

Provides that the Attorney General shall defend state employees against legal actions for compliance with this section and allows private parties to bring civil suits against violators.
