Urges Congress to protest the proposed closing of the Tucson Postal Processing and Distribution Center (Cherrybell) and take action to fully restore its operations.

Cherrybell serves 1.8 million people and 23,197 businesses across Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise counties, processing 2.6 million pieces of mail daily as the 15th largest postal facility in the nation.

Closure would eliminate approximately 300 jobs in Southern Arizona and relocate processing operations to Phoenix, which already faces staffing shortages and operational challenges.

Consolidation to Phoenix would cause further mail delivery delays, negatively impact military installations (Fort Huachuca and Davis Monthan), tribal lands, and harm voting access for voters on permanent early voting lists.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this memorial to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the House, and all Arizona members of Congress.
