Urges the United States Congress to remove the deadline for ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

Notes that Congress imposed a seven-year deadline when the ERA passed in 1972, and later extended it to June 30, 1982, but only 35 of the required 38 states had ratified by the deadline.

Points out that three additional states (Nevada in 2017, Illinois in 2018, and Virginia in 2020) have since ratified the ERA, bringing the total to 38 states.

Argues that the Constitution itself contains no time limit on ratification and cites the 27th Amendment, which was ratified 203 years after being submitted to the states.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this memorial to the President of the United States Senate, Speaker of the House, and Arizona's congressional delegation.
