• Directs the State Board of Education to adopt research-based structured English immersion models requiring minimum 120 minutes daily (K-5) or 100 minutes daily (6-12) of English language development.

• Submits the measure to Arizona voters at the next general election per Article IV of the Arizona Constitution.
