AZ HCR2007

Proposes a constitutional amendment to repeal Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution, which pertains to right-to-work protections.

Requires voter approval through a general election ballot proposition before the amendment takes effect.

Upon voter approval and gubernatorial proclamation, the right-to-work article would be removed from the Arizona Constitution.
