AZ HCR2010

Ratifies the proposed Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which was adopted by Congress on March 22, 1972.

Establishes that equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state on account of sex.

Grants Congress the power to enforce the amendment through appropriate legislation.

Specifies the amendment takes effect two years after ratification.

Directs Arizona's Secretary of State to transmit a copy of the ratification resolution to the President of the U.S. Senate and Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives.
