Amends Arizona Constitution Article V, Section 1 to require gubernatorial nominees to name a lieutenant governor running mate within 100 days before the general election, with both candidates running as a joint ticket.

A single vote for the gubernatorial nominee constitutes a vote for that nominee's entire ticket, including the lieutenant governor nominee, with ballot design indicating the joint candidacy.

Modifies Article V, Section 6 to establish lieutenant governor succession to governor in case of death, resignation, removal, or incapacity, with the governor appointing a replacement lieutenant governor subject to state senate approval.

Establishes line of succession for other executive offices (secretary of state, attorney general, state treasurer, superintendent of public instruction) if both governor and lieutenant governor die, resign, or become incapacitated within seven days.

Amends Article V, Section 9 to assign the lieutenant governor supervisory duties over the department of administration or successor agency, or other duties directed by the governor.
