Expresses the Arizona Legislature's strong support for enactment of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which would require healthcare providers to exercise the same degree of professional skill and care to preserve the life and health of infants born alive following abortion attempts as they would for any other premature infant.

Expresses the Arizona Legislature's strong support for enactment of the Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2019, which would condition certain Medicaid family planning funds on states gathering and reporting comprehensive abortion data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including instances of infants surviving abortion attempts.

References Arizona's existing law (section 36-2301) that requires physicians performing abortions to use all available medical means to promote, preserve, and maintain the life of a delivered fetus or embryo.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this resolution to the Governor, President of the United States, President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and all U.S. Members of Congress from Arizona.
