Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 3 of the Arizona Constitution regarding legislative sessions and county canvass procedures.

Requires the legislature to commence an "election session" on the day of any general election for legislative or statewide office, including presidential elector elections, to review county canvasses.

Grants the legislature authority to hold hearings, receive evidence, hear witness testimony, and approve or reject county canvasses during election sessions.

Requires the legislature to certify and send approved county canvasses to the secretary of state, or refer rejected canvasses to the attorney general for further action.

Submits the proposed amendment to voters at the next general election per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
