Honors the death of Albert Hale, who passed away on February 2, 2021 from COVID-19 complications.

Recognizes Hale's service as the second president of the Navajo Nation from 1995 to 1998 and his role in negotiating the San Juan River Basin Water Right Settlement Agreement ratified by Congress in 2005.

Notes his appointment to the Arizona State Senate in 2004, election to the Senate serving until 2011, and subsequent service in the Arizona House of Representatives until 2017.

Acknowledges Hale's advocacy for tribal sovereignty, tax revenue for tribal lands, and education on indigenous history at the State Capitol.

Expresses the House of Representatives' deepest condolences to his surviving wife Dr. Paula Hale and his children and grandchildren.
