• Changes license expiration dates for dentists, dental therapists, dental hygienists, and denturists from June 30 to thirty days after the licensee's birthday, effective every third year.

• Updates renewal fee language to reflect dollar amounts ($650 for dentists, $325 for dental hygienists, $300 for denturists) and removes references to outdated fee caps.

• Modifies language describing retired and disabled practitioners from "disabled or retired status" to "retired [professional] or to a [professional] with a disability" throughout applicable sections.

• Changes notification requirement language from "within ten days of" to "within ten days after" opening additional practice locations or changing addresses.

• Increases civil penalties for failing to notify the board of address changes from $50 (within 10 days) to $100 (within 30 days), and establishes $100 reinstatement penalties for expired licenses.

• Effective December 31, 2021.
