Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-511 regarding election supplies and conduct of elections.

Requires county boards of supervisors to furnish at least two electronic poll book systems for each polling place, each capable of printing poll lists and voter lists.

Prohibits county boards of supervisors from requiring a specific marking pen for paper ballots and bars use of pens that create marks visible on the reverse side or that may damage or spoil ballots.

Clarifies that election districts not supervised by boards of supervisors remain responsible for furnishing necessary election supplies for their own elections.
