Amends section 41-1365 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add a new authorized use of the state monument and memorial repair fund: altering or modifying the enduring freedom memorial to add additional names.

Appropriates $21,422.91 from the state monument and memorial repair fund to the department of administration in fiscal year 2021-2022 to alter or modify the enduring freedom memorial.

Clarifies that the department of administration shall use fund monies to maintain, repair, recondition or relocate monuments or memorials, and support mechanical equipment in the governmental mall.

Requires the department of administration to separately account for monies dedicated to specific monuments or memorials based on donations, fund-raising activities, and collected deposits.

Maintains the annual reporting requirement to the joint legislative budget committee on all fund deposits by source and purposes of expenditures during the preceding fiscal year.
