Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-580 regarding voting procedures and conduct of elections.

Replaces "permitted" with "allowed" in provisions governing voting booth access and ballot handling procedures.

Requires election board officials to notify voters when a ballot is rejected due to an overvote or other irregularity, informing them that overriding the overvoted office or measure will result in that vote not being tallied.

Applies the override notification requirement specifically to voting locations that use on-site ballot tabulating equipment.

Maintains existing provisions allowing registered voters to be accompanied by minors or persons of their choice, or to be assisted by two election officials from each major political party during the voting process.
