Appropriates $200,000 from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 to the department of transportation.

Funds are to be distributed to the regional public transportation authority to extend bus routes to Apache Junction.

Department of transportation must submit an assessment of the extended bus routes' long-term efficacy and funding recommendations to the governor, senate president, and house speaker by December 31, 2023.

Department shall provide a copy of the assessment to the secretary of state.
