Repeals section 41-3021.12 of Arizona Revised Statutes and adds section 41-3029.12 to Title 41, Chapter 27, Article 2.

Continues the Board of Fingerprinting to conduct good cause exception hearings for personnel requiring fingerprint clearance cards and central registry exception hearings for personnel requiring central registry background checks.

The Board of Fingerprinting terminates on July 1, 2029, with Title 41, Chapter 3, Article 12 and the new section repealed on January 1, 2030.

Sections 1 and 2 apply retroactively from July 1, 2021.
