Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3006 to correct terminology from "communications service provider" to "communication service provider" throughout the statute.

Maintains the class 6 felony classification for intentionally obtaining knowledge of wire or electronic communication contents through connivance with a communication service provider or its officers/employees.

Maintains the class 6 felony classification for communication service providers, officers, or employees who intentionally divulge wire or electronic communication contents without authorization to anyone other than the intended recipient.

Preserves existing exemptions referenced in Section 13-3012 that allow divulgence of communication information under specified circumstances.
