Repeals sections 20-110 and 20-111, and sections 20-827, 20-2318, and 20-2320 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to health care insurance.

Amends section 20-118 to prohibit insurers from restricting health care professionals' good faith communication with patients about treatment options and from terminating contracts solely because professionals advocate for patients or report legal violations.

Amends section 20-464 to clarify that service corporations are subject to payment assignment provisions for disability insurance contracts.

Amends section 20-1074 to change contract termination reporting from monthly to quarterly submission to the director and requires providers continue services during insolvency under specified court determinations.

Amends sections 20-2301, 20-2311, 20-2502, 20-2531, and 20-2532 to make technical corrections, remove outdated provisions regarding basic health benefit plans, and clarify utilization review requirements and nonformulary exception appeal procedures.
