Amends Section 32-2101 to clarify that a person who is not a licensee may collect in-person rent and related fees on behalf of a real estate broker or salesperson as part of clerical duties if they provide a receipt when rent is paid.

Modifies Section 32-2122 to clarify that rent collection by non-licensees performing clerical duties is exempt from requiring a real estate license when done on behalf of a licensee.

Amends Section 32-2124 to require out-of-state applicants for real estate licenses to pass an examination specific to Arizona's real estate laws before licensure is issued.

Makes various technical corrections to statutory language including replacing "shall be" with "is" and updating references to rules and procedures.
