AZ SB1106

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-182 to add a new felony offense for knowingly registering to vote in Arizona solely for the purpose of voting in an election without the requisite intent to remain in the state as prescribed by Section 16-101.

Classifies this new offense of registering to vote without intent to remain as a class 6 felony.

Maintains existing penalties for false voter registration and requires courts to cancel registration of any person found to be unqualified for registration.
