Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-193 to add new duty for the attorney general to review federal executive orders issued by the President of the United States.

Attorney general must review executive orders that have not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law to determine their constitutionality.

Review can be initiated on demand by the legislature, either house of the legislature, or any member of the legislature.

Attorney general must determine whether Arizona should seek an exemption from the executive order or seek to have it declared an unconstitutional exercise of legislative authority by the President.

Makes technical corrections to existing statutory language, including grammar updates and replacing outdated pronouns with modern alternatives throughout Section 41-193.
