Renames the "Arizona lengthy trial fund" to the "Arizona lengthy trial and digital evidence fund" and expands its purpose to include management and storage of digital evidence for trials.

Adds digital evidence management as a permissible use of fees collected under section 12-284.01, allowing the document and digital evidence storage and retrieval conversion fund to support digital evidence display at trials.

Establishes that digital evidence fund monies may be used only after juror earnings replacement payments are satisfied, with priority given to compensating jurors serving more than five days.

Repeals section 12-284.02 and modifies section 12-284.01 to clarify that additional filing fees support both traditional document storage and digital evidence infrastructure.

Appropriates $400,000 for fiscal year 2021-2022 and $490,000 for fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Arizona Supreme Court for implementation of a digital evidence storage and display system.
