AZ SB1125

Establishes a new crime of "bias motivated intimidation" targeting first responders (peace officers, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics) under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 12.

Makes it a class 4 felony to maliciously and intentionally intimidate, harass, or terrorize someone because of their actual or perceived employment as a first responder.

Requires the intimidation to cause either death, serious physical injury to another person, or property damage/destruction exceeding $500 in value.

Mandates sentences for this felony run consecutively to any other sentence or undischarged term of imprisonment imposed on the defendant.
