Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 22-131 and 22-132 relating to constable powers and duties.

Allows constables to provide persons subject to pending evictions with notice and information about the eviction process, with a requirement that such notices clearly state they are not writs of restitution or execution.

Authorizes county boards of supervisors to allow constables to claim actual and necessary expenses for providing pending eviction notices and information as a county charge.

Renumbers the prohibition on constables engaging in private process serving as an official duty to subsection H.
