Removes a provision requiring state environmental laws and standards to be no more stringent than corresponding federal law.

Requires the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality director to establish drinking water aquifer water quality standards for perfluorooctanesulfonic acid, perfluorooctanoic acid, chromium-6, 1,4-dioxane, and other perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances detected in public water systems.

Directs the department to review standards adopted in other states, peer-reviewed science, and federal agency studies when developing the required drinking water standards, with annual reviews of new scientific evidence.

Requires standards to protect public health including vulnerable populations such as pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants, and children.

Makes conforming changes to statutory language, replacing "rule making" with "rulemaking" and "utilizing" with "using."
