Appropriates $1,000,000 from the antitrust enforcement revolving fund to the attorney general in fiscal year 2021-2022 to investigate and bring enforcement actions against technology companies engaging in anticompetitive, anticonsumer, or monopolistic behavior.

Allows the attorney general to use appropriated funds to compensate or employ attorneys and counselors at law until July 1, 2023, notwithstanding existing restrictions on fund usage.

Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions under Arizona law, allowing unspent funds to carry forward beyond the fiscal year.

Legislature finds that major technology corporations are stifling competition, innovation, and consumer choice through anticompetitive practices including acquiring, censoring, or deplatforming emerging competitors.

Directs enforcement to protect Arizona consumers and markets from anticompetitive behavior while safeguarding free speech, competition, and equal business opportunity.
