Replaces references to "sex" with "gender" on driver licenses and nonoperating identification licenses throughout Arizona Revised Statutes sections 28-3158, 28-3165, and 28-3166.

Allows applicants to designate their gender as nonbinary on driver licenses and nonoperating identification licenses by submitting an affidavit stating they identify as gender nonbinary.

Requires driver licenses to include the licensee's selected gender designation of female, male, or nonbinary in the license description.

Applies the same gender designation and nonbinary identification procedures to both driver licenses and nonoperating identification licenses issued by the Department of Transportation.
