Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-393 to allow career technical education district (CTED) funding for students in the school year immediately following their high school graduation, in addition to grades 9-12.

Requires the Office of Economic Opportunity to compile an annual in-demand regional education list of approved CTED programs leading to high-wage careers by September 1 each year, subject to approval by the Arizona Career and Technical Education Quality Commission.

Limits fourth-year funding eligibility to students enrolled in CTED programs included on the in-demand regional education list for the region where the student began the program.

Establishes a transition provision for fiscal years 2021-2025 allowing students to qualify for fourth-year funding if enrolled in programs on the in-demand regional education list as of the date the list is compiled.

Makes technical grammatical corrections throughout Section 15-393, including changes to references for grade levels, property tax rates, and definitions related to CTED facilities.
